REFUND POLICY
allabjewelry.com retains the right to decline returns of items sent beyond a specified timeframe or in a state differing from their original shipped condition. If you plan to return multiple items (which may come from separate orders), you can ship them together in a single package. A key note: all return forms must be included. Without these forms, refunds cannot be processed correctly.
Only returns of original products—still in their original packaging and undamaged—will be accepted by allabjewelry.com.
Once we receive your return in acceptable condition, you’ll get a confirmation email from us. Your refund will be issued within 10 business days using the same payment method you used for your order. Any membership coupons and points will be reactivated and linked to the email address you provided. Please keep in mind that credit card refunds are always subject to the policies of your card issuer, and returns or refunds may occasionally take longer than the standard timeframe.
Our working hours are as follows: 10:00 to 13:30, afternoon hours 17:15 to 20:15, and Saturday mornings 10:00 to 13:30.
